Are you wondering how I know what the hell I’m talking about?  Well, I have more than 13 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and diagnosing issues with PCs.  I am self-taught, and I know what I know from personal experience with my own computers.  I’ve also worked at a couple a computer repair shops simply for the purpose of new experiences and knowledge.  Once I knew how a computer business operated, I began my own personal PC consulting business, helping many people in many areas.

I began with Windows 3.1, then moved up to each upgrade from versions Windows 98 to the most recent Vista.  Not only have I dealt with Windows-based functionability, but I am also a pro where hardware is concerned.

My specialties include:  PC problem diagnosis and repair, networking, web development, graphic design, web hosting, custom-built PCs, domain registration, PC security audits, and so much more that I don’t have time to list.
